The GDDF Lowcountry office embraces the foundation’s objectives of transparency and openness in its promotion of artistic vitality and land conservation for the region. The west-facing tenant space includes the staff offices, work areas, small conference space, and reception delineated by glass partitions and carpet choices. The primary conference space extends beyond this area to provide a collegial setting for board meetings and grantee events. And, of course, accommodations for access, comfort, shading, and sound are integral to the design.
